C&M Homes stands for exceptional quality, fair value for your dollar, while putting integrity first. We built our company on a foundation of customer service and satisfaction, valuing each and every client, and delivering on a promise of an exceptional product.  Being family owned and operated, we sincerely believe in putting integrity first – so much so that we named the company after our kids, Carter and Mattie.  What this means to you is that you get the benefit of our entire team giving your project a personal, hands on approach – all the way up to our CEO. 

C&M Homes has been building luxury homes in excess of 6,000 livable square feet in communities such as Sun Ridge Canyon, Crestview Estates, and Fire Rock Country Club.  Currently, we offer design-build, build-to-suits, additions and remodeling services.  As a part of this, we brought additional trade-services in-house including air-conditioning, painting, brick paving, and stucco.  By taking control of these and other trade-services, we have not only broadened our capability, but we are also able to better control the quality and costs associated with these services.
